How do I get access?
Submit an application with your business details and expected usage. We review applications within 48 hours. CloutAPI is designed for operators building social growth platforms, not end consumers.
What does "minimum usage commitment" mean?
Growth tier requires $100/month in API usage (order costs) in addition to the $49 base fee. If your usage falls below this threshold, we may downgrade your account to Starter (test mode only).
Can I use test mode for production?
No. Test mode does not place real orders. It returns mock responses for development and integration testing only. Live orders require an approved Growth or Enterprise account.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). All accounts require prepaid balance. We do not offer credit terms except for Enterprise accounts with established history.
Can I resell CloutAPI access?
No. Your API keys are for your own platform's use only. Sub-licensing or reselling API access is prohibited and will result in account termination.
